Christine started working for Chautauqua Institution by happy accident nearly 10 years ago as the company manager for Chautauqua Theater Company (CTC). Fast forward to 2020 and she was scooped up by the Marketing department to run the Virtual Porch events for that summer assembly. At the end of the summer, she joined the CHQ Assembly team as the production manager and lived happily ever after.
Why did you chose to work at Chautauqua? What do you like about working at Chautauqua?
My boyfriend at the time said I should apply to the theater company because I didn’t have anywhere to live after the tour ended and CTC provided housing. I like the people and the mission of Chautauqua.
Guitars, dogs, boats and snowmobiles… and I like to sew.
