Residents of Chautauqua County have free admission and parking from 7 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Our Chautauqua County Day includes access to all events in the Amphitheater and Hall of Philosophy that day\, beaches\, and so much more!  \nPlease bring proof of residency for entry. Youth 12 and under are always free at Chautauqua!  \nChautauqua County Day: Featured Events  \n9:15 a.m. (Hall of Philosophy) Morning Worship: Ecumenical Communion Service  \n10:45 a.m. (Amphitheater) Morning Lecture: Kevin R. Kosar and Kathryn Dunn Tenpas (Brookings Institution)  \n2 p.m. (Hall of Philosophy) CLSC Author Presentation: Maria Arana (2026 Chautauqua County Book Read Selection)  \n3:30 p.m. (Fletcher) School of Music Open Recital   \n3:30 p.m. (Hall of Christ) Department of Religion: Islam 101 Khalid and Sabeeha Rehman  \n8:00 p.m. (Amphitheater) Evening Program: Harry Connick Jr. **Admission to this event requires purchase of a separate ticket\, available at tickets.chq.org  \nTickets are available starting June 1\, 2026 by calling the Chautauqua Institution Ticket Office at 716-357-6250.  \nParking is complimentary for Chautauqua County Day when tickets are purchased in advance—online\, by phone\, or in person before July 17. On the day of the event\, a credit card will be required for parking lot entry. Guests wishing to pay with cash should proceed to the Main Gate before entering the parking lot.
