DESCRIPTION:Following the morning Vital Voices panel in the Amphitheater\, Dr. Kakenya Ntaiya speaks about hard-won gains for women and girls who are facing growing resistance\, while many leaders grapple with rising polarization\, uncertainty\, and questions about how to sustain progress. Yet history shows that transformative change often emerges during moments of profound challenge. Drawing on her journey as an educator\, activist\, and founder\, Dr. Ntaiya will explore the critical role women play in advancing social change and building more just\, resilient communities. Through stories from rural Kenya and lessons applicable across cultures\, participants will examine how women leaders can remain effective when progress feels slow\, opposition feels strong\, and the path forward is unclear.
