Changing Payment Information or Credit Card
Payment information can be changed on the Assembly website at assembly.chq.org/u/payments.
- Access the page by signing in via the user menu (1), then clicking the Payments button (2).

2. On the Payment page, click the Edit Payment Info button.

Restoring a Purchased Subscription
If you purchased your subscription through a mobile app store, your entitlements are connected to that store. You must complete this procedure to restore access to your subscription.
- Log into the mobile app on the platform you originally signed up on.
NOTE: The app store account must also be the same one you used when purchasing your subscription. - Tap any video. The Choose Your Subscription page displays.
- Tap RESTORE.
NOTE: If you get a “no items to restore” error, you are not in the correct app store account, not on the right platform, or did not have an active subscription when the new application was released.

Switching SSO Accounts From a Mobile App
If you click the LOGIN button in the app and a small browser window opens before the app displays and you are signed into the old account, clear the cookies on your system browser to resolve the issue. For Android, use Chrome or Samsung Internet. For iOS, use Safari.

Updating Your Name
- Go to my.chq.org and use the LOGIN button to log into your SSO account.

2. Click the Profile icon next to the LOGOUT button.

3. Confirm your Username and Password.
4. Update your name and then click the Continue button.

Updating Your Password
- Visit any Chautauqua SSO-enabled website and click the LOG IN button (tickets.chq.org shown).

2. On the Sign In page, click the Forgot your password? link.

3. Enter your email address, and then click the Send verification code button.

4. Retrieve the code from your email inbox and enter it in the appropriate field, then click the Verify code button.
Warning: Leaving this page will start the process over. Use another window, tab, or device to find your code.
Note: It may take a few minutes to receive the code.

5. Copy the code from the email into the Verification code field, and then click the Continue button. A window displays entry fields for new password.

6. Enter a new password in both fields, and then click the Continue button.
Note: Your password must be 8-16 characters and contain 3 out of 4 of the following:
Lowercase characters, uppercase characters, digits (0-9), and one or more of these symbols:
@ # $ % ^ & * – _ + = [ ] { } | \ : ‘ , ? / ` ~ ” ( ) ; .

Searching for Content
The application recommends programming on the home page. To find a particular piece of content, you can enter a keyword into the Search field and press the Enter key. See search feature locations below.

Having Difficulty with the QR Code on the TV Login Screen?
To skip the QR code, use another device. Go to https://my.chq.org/ott/ and then start the TV sign-in procedure.
