About Patrick
Patrick serves as Ticketing Systems Manager at Chautauqua Institution, leading the administration, configuration, and performance of the organization’s ticketing platform. He oversees the design and management of complex event builds, system integrations, and operational workflows to ensure efficient and accurate ticketing experiences for patrons and staff.
Since joining Chautauqua in 2022, Patrick has been instrumental in advancing the Institution’s digital operations—bridging the gap between technology, ticketing, and patron services. His collaborative approach supports departments across campus and contributes to a consistent, patron-focused experience.
A graduate of the State University of New York at Fredonia with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theatrical Production and Design, Patrick combines a background in technical direction and live event production with a focus on process innovation and system reliability. He is a member of the International Ticketing Association and the Greater Niagara Ticketing Professionals network, where he continues to champion best practices and technology-driven solutions within the live entertainment and cultural sectors.
