School of Music – Opera Conservatory

The Chautauqua Opera Conservatory in the School of Music is designed to guide and empower young artists through training and vast performance opportunities in a wide array of repertoire with excellent faculty.
In 2027, the Chautauqua Opera Conservatory will enroll twenty-five students, all of whom will receive a full scholarship, covering the cost of tuition, room, and meals.

- In Norton Hall with chamber orchestra
- Jules Massenet – Thaïs (abridged)
- In the Chautauqua Amphitheater with the Music School Festival Orchestra
