Welcome to Chautauqua Institution
No Gate Pass Required Off Season
As autumn approaches and the foliage begins to change, consider appreciating the fall colors and picturesque landscapes at Chautauqua Institution. With no gate or parking fees, visiting the grounds outside of the Summer Assembly offers a convenient and delightful opportunity to embrace the season.
2026 Season: June 27–August 30
Each summer, Chautauqua will convene to wrestle with the critical issues of our time, considering how we, as individuals, families, and communities, have been tested and responded to and how we move forward.
