As Project Manager, Will oversees the planning and execution of mission-critical projects, with a focus on building efficient timelines, fostering team cohesion, and driving clear communication. Throughout his career, Will has successfully led more than 100 complex, time-sensitive, and labor-intensive projects. His work spans a wide range of initiatives—from enhancing team productivity and optimizing inventory systems to refining customer service strategies and streamlining operational workflows. Known for his collaborative and adaptable leadership style, Will consistently prioritizes strategic planning, cross-functional coordination, and operational excellence. Originally from Falconer, Will transitioned from a background in construction to project management, driven by a desire to lead initiatives that prioritize human impact over deliverables alone. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Project Management, along with his Project Management certification.
Will’s dedication to excellence, combined with his deep understanding of labor dynamics and organizational strategy, positions him as a key contributor to CHQ’s continued success.
