A nationwide search has begun to find Chautauqua Institution’s next president. James A. Pardo Jr., Chair of the Institution’s Board of Trustees, today announced the appointment of a six-person committee that will lead the process to identify and select the Institution’s 18th president. The Chautauqua Foundation has acquired the Lewis Miller Cottage, a National Historic Landmark and the only structure on the Chautauqua Institution grounds to carry that National Park Service designation.
