I am a well-versed and widely-traveled culinarian. As the corporate operations manager and executive chef for the Chautauqua Hotel Group, I oversee all food development and menu design for all areas on the grounds of the institution and the golf course. I have worked for amazing companies such as Disney and Wegman’s learning numerous types of cuisine, which we will be incorporating here on the grounds.

I coach various youth sports and am serving my second term on the Chautauqua Lake School Board.
I love spending time with my family and traveling. My favorite destination is Disney World! I am also a huge Michigan Wolverine Fan!
